Tai Chi Safety Tips
When you begin to learn Tai Chi it is recommended that you find a qualified instructor. It will make an enormous difference in your practice.
You should also consult with your physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning this or any type of exercise program.
Please use common sense and only do this exercise within the limits of your ability.
Be sure to warm up before practice. If at any time you feel discomfort, always adjust the movements so they’re within your ability level.
